Beautiful Bulky Cotton

Comments: I LOVE this yarn. I'm so glad there is finally a bulky cotton that can be worn year round. I finished one sweater out of it and am now working on the second. I hope CE comes out with a Fall palette. I'd love a nice darkish brown.

Comments: I am so glad that I found this yarn. I have been looking for a heavier weight cotton and this one is wonderful. Great colors and the cotton is organic, so I can feel good about using it.

Comments: This yarn is really nice and comfortable. I've made both a short sleeved and a long sleeved sweater with it. The long sleeves are nice for year round.

Comments: I am not always a fan of bulky yarns, but this one is great. I just knit a very quick toddler sweater - and I mean quick. Most people do not know that cotton can be so soft.

Comments: Sprout is a joy to work with. I'm making a baby blanket and it will feel great to a newborn. It is harder to work with than a wool because it has less give, but it's still great. I'm thinking of a sweater for me using it.

Comments: After completing a baby blanket with Sprout, I put it in my dryer with 1 damp face cloth, and a Bounce sheet for 30 minutes... to get off any cat hair that might have gotten on it. When I took it out there were pills on the edges of the blanket. This may have been merely extra lint that was on the yarn and it won't produce any more. I hope it is not a sign that once again there is a great yarn brand that is producing short fiber cotton. It has gotten increasingly hard to find cotton yarn made with long, strong fibers that will hold up to wear and washing.
