Q: What kind of neckline does this jacket have? Is the cowl part of the sweater?

  A: The cowl is not part of the sweater. If you look at the pictures in Berroco Book 287 (http://www.kyarns.com/product/berroco-book-287) you can see each individual pattern, and the Danielle Hood is pictured seperately. The neckline is rounded and the twisted yoke just continues up toward the neck with decreases, and then there are several rows of garter.
