Zebra Socks

These wildlife socks are sized for babies through adults. The bouncy tendrils that form the optional mane are worked in place as you knit. And since no two zebras are alike, one toe starts with black and the other with white. The sock features the Sweet Tomato Heel, which is rhythmic to work and nearly perfectly smooth, like a tomato! Sizes: child's S (child's L, woman's S, woman's M, woman's L, man's M, man's L).

You will need the following materials:

Yarn: 225 yards each two colors fingering weight yarn. Shown in 1 skein each of two colors Frog Tree Pediboo sock yarn.
Pattern: Cat Bordhi Zebra Socks (FT-262) knitting pattern.
Needles: US 2 or size needed to obtain gauge.
