US #11 or #13 needles depending upon how open you would like the knitted fabric to appear.

Instructions
Cast on 13 stitches
Row 1: (k2tog, yo) rep to last stitch, k1
Row 2: (ps tog, yo) rep to last stitch, p1
Repeat to end and bind of loosely.
