Mixed Fiber Lengthwise Shawl, Scarf OR Cowl

Each year we scour the shelves to find special yarns to combine for our mixed fiber shawl. And this year we've added a second pattern for a piece that can be worn as both a scarf and a cowl! Both the shawl and the scarf/cowl are worked in garter stitch, and are self-fringing, so there are no ends to weave in. All you have to do is follow our easy striping sequence and knit, knit, knit! Finished measurements (excluding fringe) are approximately 17" x 52" (shawl) and 11" x 74" (scarf/cowl). Included in this kit: 4 different yarns (blends of alpaca, wool, kid mohair, acrylic, viscose, cotton and polyamide) and both patterns. There is enough yarn to make ONE of the items pictured. You will need size 10 US knitting needles (32" circular) and size 10.5 US for cast on and bind off.
